Do want to just relax and practice some self-care? This session is different from the rest! Come ready to Zoom with your favorite nail polish color to engage in a relaxing manicure via a virtual spa! This one is our fan-favorite!
Are you an artist? Do you like to doodle? In this session, you'll be able to draw freely and express yourself through visual art! Don't forget to bring your crayons and color pencils because it is time to relax and indulge into the world of art.
We will be building gratitude chests together via Zoom! All you need are two pieces of paper! And crayons or color pencils for decorations! After building the gratitude chest, you can write down what you are thankful for and put it inside the chest. Feel free to pull an affirmation out of the chest each day as well!
Need to get something off your chest? You'll have the opportunity to learn and do yoga to relieve stress via Zoom. No experience is needed. All levels are welcome. We will tailor to your needs and if you are looking for an intermediate or advanced yoga class, just let us know!
What's the POINTE of this consultation you ask? Dancing is such an amazing way to relax, let go, and relieve stress. You will have the chance to express with the movement of art. A typical session via Zoom starts off with stretching, technique if you would like to, and then ending with heart warming improv. No experience is needed. Sessions will be tailored to fit your needs.
Journaling has scientifically proven to relieve stress and lessen anxiety. This is a great way to let your thoughts escape into words. A typical session will include writing about your feelings, creating a gratitude list, and various writing prompts based on what you are looking for. This session is personalized to your needs.
